How do i
make payment?
- We accept many kinds of payments:
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer (Please let us know if you wish to make payment this
way)
- Cash on Collection (Local Pickup)
Can i arrange a
meeting with you?
- Yes, we are able to set up and arrange
meetings with all clients, that are willing to make their way to the
Wimbledon area, located on the Northern line (Wimbledon South)
- Meetings should be set up through email,
stating time and date. Meetings will be subject to our approval and time
and date may differ to selected to fit around our times.
How do i place an order?
- Placing an order is easy, all you have
to do is have a valid PayPal account, and just click add to my basket
under the item which you wish to buy.
My order hasn't arrived?
- All items are sent out either same day
of payment (if before 12pm) or next day. Depending on which delivery
service we use delivery should take around 1-5 days. All items come with
tracking numbers, and are emailed out to you when shipped. Tracking
numbers become active around 2-24hours after shipped. If your item fails
to arrive, we should be contacted immediately. We can then sort out the
problem with the courier service and if package is lost, claim against
them. If this is the case a refund will be made, postage payment will not
be made however.

All returned goods should be
made within 10 days of purchase. We must be contacted within 2-3 days on
arrival and notified of the problem. Pictures of the item should be taken
and sent to us in an email. All items are checked thougherly before
shipment, to make sure correct items are sent and are not faulty. If we
find that a returned good has been tampered with to be refunded we will
not make a refund.
An
item that i am looking for isn't on view, can i order this product in?

If an item which you are
looking for is not on our site, we ask for you to email us. Please email
the name of the product along with pictures in a word document. We will
reply to your message to make sure that we have received the email and
then will contact you next when we are able to get the item in for you.

In most cases we will order
the item in on our next order, which is placed weekly. If however you are
looking to purchase in bulk of 10 or more, we are more than willing to
purchase these goods in for you as soon as possible. Delivery takes around
3 days, and will be shipped via our supplier.
An item which i purchased has been charged import tax,
what should i do?

Items coming from outside
the UK, or to Europe, may be charged import tax. This is the
responsibility of the buyer to pay for these charges, and not up to 5
Finger Wholesale. Most single items are sent from the UK are to all
countries in the EU are not set for import tax/duty.
